I will not show you properties that are of no interest to you. Through asking relevant questions and in understanding your needs & financial goals, I will show you houses that are tailored specifically to you. I value your precious time as well as my own.



• I will research the selected properties to identify any problems or issues to facilitate you in preparing an informed decision prior to making any offer of purchasing. Any identified problems will be openly and immediately disclosed to you.



• As my client, I will advise you on structuring an appropriate offer to purchase the selected property. You can rest assured that the paperwork will be accurately done and completed by a professional who is working for your best interest!



• I will present the offer to the seller's sales representative and to them on your behalf as well as negotiate the best price and conditions -- keeping your valued interests in mind.



• I will aid you in securing appropriate financing for the selected property by providing you with a selection of mortgage lenders and options that match your financial needs.



• I can also provide you a list of potential qualified vendors (e.g. movers, attorneys, carpenters, etc.) if these services are needed.

Most importantly, I will fully-represent you, as the buyer, throughout the real estate transaction so the entire experience is as seamless & empowering as it could be!
